We are located in the retail shopping plaza below the Wilton Station Condominiums, prior to reaching the gated entrance there is a parking lot designated for customers labeled Wilton Station Retail Parking. Please park in this area and make your way towards the retail entrance, we are located all the way to the right, the corner unit 1O1.

To help you prepare for your time on the reformers, please take a moment to review our studio guidelines:

Before You Arrive:

Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 –10 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to check in, stow your belongings, and get settled at your station.

Grip Socks: For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, we have them available for purchase at the front desk.

Attire: Wear form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion while ensuring your instructor can easily check your alignment.

If it’s your first time working with us, please let your instructor know about any past injuries or specific goals so we can tailor the session to your needs.

Personal Belongings: We provide secure storage for your items so you can focus entirely on your movement.

Hydration: Bring a reusable water bottle. We have a filtered water station available to keep you hydrated throughout your workout.

If the participant is under 18 years of age (a "Minor"), a parent or legal guardian must agree to sign the waiver and must be physically present on-site for the entire duration of the class.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure all clients have access to the reformers, the following fees apply to all classes:

Late Cancellation: Any reservation cancelled within 12 hours of the class start time will incur a $15 late-cancel fee.

No-Show: Failure to attend a reserved class without prior notice will incur a $20 no-show fee.

Note: These fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
